Terms & Conditions

• Cancellation policy: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all lessons. Any lessons cancelled after this will be charged at full price. Once lessons have been committed to on a weekly/ fortnightly basis, you will then sign up termly. (Payment plans are available).

  ONLINE T&C’S:

• Lessons will take place via Skype/ Zoom.

• A suitable device is needed for both video & audio at the same time (eg/ laptop or iPad).

• Students will need TWO devices, one to run Skype/ zoom off, and one to play music through.

• Lessons should take place in a neutral location eg/ a kitchen or bathroom, NOT the students bedroom.

• Good wifi connection is essential for a productive lesson.
